What is the lead and ship times for equipment once paid?

If the item purchased is not in stock then typically there is around a 2-3 week lead time. This is subject to change due to order quantity and availability. Ship times are typically 3-7 days depending on relativity to the shipping location.

 

What is the difference in your treadmill and another companies treadmill?

We get asked all the time, why is your treadmill/walker less expensive than someone else's?

Great question and very easy to answer. We are the number one Livestock treadmill/walker manufacturer in the USA for a reason.

• We purchase our parts in extreme bulk. We don't buy 10 of these or 20 of those. We buy parts by the 100's or 1,000's. This gives us (and therefore you) deep price breaks
• We produce many of our own parts in-house and therefore eliminate a large portion of cost. Example, many of our parts are cut in house on our CNC Plasma table.
• We have our own motors manufactured to our desired specifications
• We have a direct face to face relationship with our controller manufacturer
• We have a large workforce enabling us to produce more products and thus spread the overhead costs across more products.
• We remain laser focused on our "average customer". They are hoping to give their child an advantage in the show ring, they are not looking to take out a second mortgage to do it. They just want to see their child win that banner or ribbon or buckle.

 

Do I need the divider inserts to run goats on the treadmill?

No, you do not need the inserts. It is more of a personal preference. They just shorten the width of the treadmill and pushes the goats away from the door. You can also purchase the inserts after you order the treadmill if you would prefer to have them later.
